Member Requirements:

1. Members must adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. You must offer an easy method for customers to Opt-Out of your mailing list if they choose.
2. The use of information collected on the site must clearly be defined on the site. If sensitive information is collected, the webpage must use a valid SSL certificate. Name and email is not considered sensitve information.
3. Member's website must not contain malware, spyware, or malicious content of any type.
4. Must adhere to good customer service practices and respond to customer concerns within 24 hours.
5. The member must be the owner of the website and proof of ownership and all contact information must be verified and kept on file at TrustworthySeal.com

Step 2: Apply For Membership Here

Once Your Website has been approved, your Trustworthy Seal code will be emailed to the address you provided. You will recieve a link to make your payment. You have 30 days to pay. If you wish to cancel, do nothing and your seal will be deactivated and you will not be charged.
